Psychological Therapy
I provide short-term and long-term therapy via telehealth. Psychological sessions are usually 50 minutes duration, although sometimes a 90 minute session is advised. Typically, sessions are weekly at first, then the frequency is adjusted to enable continued support and maintain the gains you have made.

Medicare Rebates
Whilst I do not bulk-bill, I am registered to provide services under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care Inititive.
To be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate under this scheme, individuals must be referred by a GP or Psychiatrist. You will need to provide a copy of your referral letter stating the number of sessions referred for.
If eligible, you can access up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Private Health Fund
If you have private health cover, you might be able to claim a rebate from your health fund, depending on the level of cover you have. It is worth contacting your health fund directly to find out more.
Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours notice is required to change or cancel appointments, or a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee is 100% of the full appointment fee for less than 24 hours notice, or 50% of the full fee for less than 48 hours notice. Please note that Medicare does not cover cancelled appointments.
Please know that I will always work hard to fill an appointment cancelled at late notice and if I manage to do so the cancellation fee is not charged.
